Mythic Journeys 2006

Mythic Journeys is held once every two years – its aim to bring together the finest minds in psychology, religion, science, literature, education, entertainment and the arts for a one-of-a-kind conference and performance festival. People convene to share their findings, insights and feelings regarding the myths, stories and archetypes that leave their imprints on our lives, shaping our inner and outer landscapes. Over a period of five days speakers and performers present a mix of presentations, conversations and performances, exhibitions and workshops. This year’s guests include Brian and Wendy Froud, Charles Vess, Holly Black, and Terri Windling – there are over 100 speakers in all. There is also a ‘Mythic Marketplace’ where you can browse art, books, and crafts. Mythic Journeys takes place at the Atlanta Hyatt Regency, USA, from June 7th – 11th.
