The Art of Michael Orwick

Hailing from Oregon, painter Michael Orwick is one of fantasy art’s rapidly rising stars, having already won First place in Duirwaigh Gallery’s Emerging Artists competition in 2002, and been listed in Epilogue’s New Masters of Fantasy in 2004. His beautiful use of light brings to life fairytale landscapes and whimsical creatures, many of the winged variety.
