Julie Ann Rogers is a doll maker based in New Mexico. Entirely self-taught, Julie has been creating all her life, and working with polymer clay for the last 15 years. Her dolls are graceful characters, sculpted from polymer clay with soft bodies so they can be posed. I love the Fairy tassels – a sculpted head and torso with the tassel forming the skirt. They come with a hook so they can be hung up for display.
