Simply the most charming thing I’ve seen in a long time, these miniature Fairy Shoes are the work of a British artist named Nikki Brown. Nikki and her assistant Vicky Baugh individually design and handcraft each pair in polymer clay using the millefiore technique. The dinky little shoes are under two inches long and come in a dazzling array of styles. Each unique pair comes in a gift box and with a signed certificate of authenticity, making them an excellent present (if you can bear to give them away that is!).
