Tooth Fairy Barbie

Tooth Fairy Barbie was created by designer Sharon Zuckerman, and comes dressed in a flowing gown with iridescent wings and wand. The doll also includes a little keepsake pouch to hold lost teeth. This is a Pink Label collectors doll and is available in most large toy stores.
