One and Only Dolls

Renée Coughlan has been making her astounding art dolls since 1995. The One and Only dolls are exquisitely attired in beautiful fabrics and beads, and highly detailed. Each has her own distinct personality with accessories to match. Using fashion dolls such as Barbie or Gene, Renée gives them a fantasy make over to turn them into elves, fairies - even centaurs. The various techniques used to transform the dolls are documented on the site which will be of great use to aspiring doll makeover artists.
