The Rollicking Adventures of Tam O’Hare

Tam O'Hare

Written and illustrated by Scotty Roberts, The Rollicking Adventures of Tam O’Hare is a fanciful tale of swashbuckling and derring-do set in the 16th Century. The eponymous Tam O’Hare, an aristocratic Irish Lord, is called upon by his elderly great uncle Argyle, chieftain of the Scottish Clan MacDervish, to help rescue his granddaughter. The poor Bryndolyn has been abducted by the much feared ‘Good People’, the Faerie Folk. Along the way Tam encounters intrigue, romance and piracy, but will he win back the fair Bryndolyn?
The Rollicking Adventures of Tam 0′Hare is superbly illustrated and promises to be a jolly good read. It is the first in a series of books exploring the adventures of Tam 0′hare, set against the backdrop of Celtic Mythology and Historical action.
