Mummified Fairy

A year on from ‘the greatest Fairy hoax since the Cottingley Fairies‘, in which the mummified remains of a ‘fairy’ were discovered in Derbyshire, attracting world-wide attention, the artist behind the prank is still creating dead fairies. Dan Baines is no stranger to illusion and mystery as he makes Victorian magic props for a living, and now after the interest shown in the mummified fairy he is also offering one of a kind, horribly realistic dead fairy sculptures for sale.
