The Art of Silke Janas-Schloesser

German doll artist Silke Janas-Schloesser has been creating her amazing characters since 1992. Her work has since appeared in numerous exhibitions and gathered several awards. Collectors can buy original faerie, trolls. little folk and more but Silke also designs for companies who produce manufactured limited edition dolls, like the Whispering Willow Fairies. Silke’s work is inspired by Northern European folklore, with many of the trolls and little folk especially wearing traditional costume and looking like they’ve just stepped out from the pages of a fairytale.
