Fantasy artist Carol Ochs is also a soap maker, and her new venture combines both these interests in the form of Wylde Faerie Soaps. These scrummy looking soaps are hand crafted and contain carefully selected ingredients known to be wildly attractive to the Faerie Folk. Although a real Faerie sighting isn’t guaranteed after using the soap, they will get you clean and make you smell nice! There are seven soaps to choose from, including such scents as Rose, Lavender & Honeysuckle and Fern, Moss & Mushroom.

Up From the Ashes is a joint venture to promote Rebecca and Julia’s creations. Rebecca makes wings and accoutrements for mythical creatures. The wings are of a sturdy wire construction which allows them to fold (very useful for narrow doorways and crowded events!) and the fabric is airbrushed with iridescent paint. They are finished off by hand with flowers, gems and feathers, making each pair unique. Julia, on the other hand, makes scrumptious sounding bath and herbal products. You can choose from soap, lotions and bath salts in seven different scents, including Fairy Glen – ‘A green floral bouquet reminiscent of walking through a field of roses’.
