Myka Jelina (Born 1973, in Gastonia N. Carolina) is a traditional Gothic fantasy artist appreciated by art lovers worldwide. Her paintings are easily recognized by their beautiful subjects posed in detailed scenes of Gothic and classical adornment. Her art draws from life elements to explore and capture the delicate relationships between darkness, beauty,and color. Her favorite painting mediums are acrylic paints on masonite panel.
Myka had been selling her work for a few years when in 2005 her clever bright eyed beauties began fluttering into places like Hot Topic, Target, Spencers, Hastings and mom and pop shops worldwide.
